I have been visiting this spa since years. It’s more expensive than many other Balinese spas in Dubai but it delivers a great level of relaxation and hires qualified staff. Plus, their ginger tea is great.

Can't explain how good Mary is at her job. So passionate and friendly. The staff and customer service is as good as anything I've seen in Dubai. All comes from a great manager in Grainine. Highly recommended.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. I chose the Royal Hammam, and afterwards I genuinely felt reborn. The ritual is deeply rooted in tradition, executed with precision, and delivered at a truly high standard. The experience continued with a Deep Tissue Massage where every single muscle was worked thoroughly and expertly and highly professional — exactly how it should be. The entire team is professional, friendly, and motivated. As soon as I return to Dubai, I will book again without hesitation. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking authentic hammam culture at its finest.

This is my favourite place for relaxation and pampering. Chung, Ceci and Layla are excellent. I’ve been visiting these ladies for over 4 years, since I moved to Dubai. Now in their new location which is cosy, modern and comfortable. Chung has always been my go-to lady for all things beauty pampering- her facials, massages, threading and pedicures are outstanding. Layla is a whizz at all hair treatments and Ceci is all round fabulous overseeing the other ladies. I can highly recommend and even though I’ve moved further away, I still visit here every month. What a wonderful experience from start-finish. Location great, easy parking lot, 1min. walk, welcoming greeting- gorgeous light filled reception, expected me-super caring/accommodating- quiet spaces- no waiting-nurse ushered into another pristine space- really professional-procedure was quick- no pressure just care-easy directions and informative about aftercare/products- affordable- looking forward to going back!! Simply the best massage in Dubai. It’s the ritual, it’s the care, it’s the professionalism, you feel truly taken care and end being refreshed and energised or relaxed (depends on the massage chosen). Best lashes in Dubai 🤍 I’ve been getting my eyelashes done for the last 4 years in Dubai in different salons and none of them last more than a week. I started going to beauty trends and they last sooo long!! Lash tech speaks perfect English and will tell you the best lashes for your eye shape. I won’t go anywhere else now!!

I had just landed in Dubai and 4 hours later I was already enjoying a Balinese massage at home. The WhatsApp booking process is super easy and friendly, and online payment is fast and secure. A special thanks to Linda, the therapist — absolutely amazing. The massage was authentic, relaxing, and truly made me feel like I was back in Bali, with the music, the vibe, and the technique.
