Had such a lovely first experience. Had my first appointment with Jade today. Very skeptical about trying a lash lift again as it went so wrong last time as I have stubborn lashes. Absolutely loved my luxury million dollar dermaplane facial! It was amazing, From the moment I walked in, I felt completely pampered and relaxed. Sundus has carried out all of my treatments, and has been professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout. Rabia is very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to explain all procedures and treatment options in detail, made sure I fully understood everything before making any decisions. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me rather than simply recommending the most expensive treatment.
