I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. A great experience from start to finish. I had a chemical peel-both Susha and Mina are highly experienced professionals who were able to advise me on the best treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment (further treatment for pigmentation) in a few months.

I feel amazing after this treatment and great advice for aftercare and reassured me of what to do next. Sian also. He led in with me at the start and made sure I knew what the treatment was and what the benefits of the treatment are. When I went there location was easy to find place was nicely decorated Sumina was warm person and she welcomed me so warmly and she was really friendly after doing my treatment I am feeling more energetic and fresh the skin changes will take more time I know I only had two sessions I will keep going regularly but overall my experience is going really good ❤️❤️
