Honestly i was so nervous as ive never had anything done before, the experience was faultless. I am blown away with the results and have a plan to now look after my skin with great advice and no pressure or judgement. Wonderful experience. I was very nervous but the entire team put me at ease straight away. I had box dyed my hair for 6 years and wanted to change to a more natural colour. Victoria did an amazing job and I am thrilled with how it turned out.

Honestly such a great experience! Talked through all expectations for both of us, offered reassurance throughout and was honest and upfront about processes which was great ! Felt so comfortable and in safe hands the whole time!
