Krystyn was prepared and punctual. The facial was great. I would recommend taking out the hair elastic for the head massage, using more pressure and doing the entire head.

This was my first time coming to Glow FX, and it was definitely the best place to go for my first eyebrow shaping and tinting experience. Laura was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained each step thoroughly and with such care, which really put me at ease. Walked in so concerned and stressed over my skin. Fiona was so incredibly helpful and so reassuring. She recommended a chemical peel, and I am so glad she did as it has improved my skin so much! The massage was an added bonus. So relaxing. Thank you Fiona, I will be back in 4 weeks!
