Joanna 5 🌟 Just that there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to be doing the laser to me! Started by Sam then taken over by Joanna and no information was given to me! However, Joanna is yet another fantastic laser therapist who brings her own unique skill set and expertise 👌✨ She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. I had to cancel my appointment due to a professional reason but the manager Rita she booked me straight away within the 1 hour gap. What melt my heart that she kept her premises open for me 15 min extra so that I can make it. Her overservice has earned my respect and the dedication she has for her clients its clearly noticeable. I had my first visit today at Dermacorner. Liana is so poilet and a lovely person. She explained my treatment, aftercare and at home skincare so thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Liana checked in with me to ask how I was feeling after my treatment which is so comforting. After years of struggling with problematic skin I already feel at ease and I’m on the right path to my skin journey.
