As always, I appreciate that Leen does not rush the treatment. She gives the time & effort to inform, to perform, & make sure you’re comfortable. She goes over & beyond to accommodate & trust that you are happy with the service & treatment. She knows what she’s doing & she does it well.

The experience with Leen is, as always, pleasant & great. She takes the time to explain things, & makes sure you’re comfortable. She accommodates my requests & answers my queries without rushing the process. The treatment room is clean & hygienic & the background music makes you relax while doing the treatment. Highly recommended.

As always, the experience is great. Leen listens to what I, as the client, wants. She will make a professional advice but is not pushy. This is very important to me. She made me as comfortable as she can whilst the treatment. I very much appreciate her doing my numbing cream thicker & allowing a longer time. She is gentle and put me at ease by putting more numbing cream than usual to address my very low pain threshold. This was much appreciated. The procedure room is clean and so were the tools used. SkinHavem is a place where your skin will really be looked after. Leen explains thoroughly the procedures and its benefits. Her hands are so gentle that will make you feel so comfortable. You will never go empty handed as she is veey generous giving away take home products/samples. Yesterday was my second visit and will definitely come back as needed.
