Two weeks ago I had my first ever visit to Rachel Thoburn Aesthetics for 3 areas of botox. I was due for my two week review tomorrow but my head is so smooth and the results are so I good, I don't need to go I'm so over tne moon with my treatment and the advice I have been provided. She made me feel at ease—no pain, swelling, or bruising. She showed me the vial, box, expiry date, and confirmed the prescription was in my name. The clinic is clean, professional, and friendly. Bewtie explained the procedure in detail, taking her time and being very gentle throughout the treatment. I can’t comment on the results just yet, but I’ll definitely be back and will share an update soon. Great price, excellent service, and a very professional experience overall.

Such a lovely experience with Bewtie at ZERO Clinic! She gave me honest, clear advice with no pressure, only suggesting what was truly needed. I felt so well cared for, with small touches like cold water and tea, and absolutely no rushing. Her injections were so gentle — I barely felt anything! Highly recommend if you want personal, honest, and professional care.

I honestly can’t recommend Zero Clinic enough! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely wonderful. The practitioner was so kind and patient with me, especially knowing how nervous I am around needles. Her technique and gentle approach made everything surprisingly painless, which I truly appreciated. Even though it’s a home clinic, I never once felt rushed or like I was just another time slot,she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout.
