Another great treatment with Aga! Aga is very knowledgable and offers an extensive range of treatments. Aga attends many courses to keep on top of her professional knowledge and development. I previously had two great facials with Aga and decided to take the plunge by getting something a bit more intensive. I had mesotherapy today and can’t wait to see the results. Amy is just so lovely and welcoming, and made me feel at ease instantly. My first time getting filler and botox and she talked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable throughout. So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

Agnes is a very welcoming. Knowledgeable and conscious young lady. A wonderful experience. Just a couple of little nips but well worth it. I even noticrd a huge difference immediately. I had such a great experience with Amy earlier today. She was so friendly and chatty throughout, and put me right at ease from the beginning. I was a little nervous as I’d never got Botox before, but she talked me through the procedure, didn’t make me feel rushed whatsoever and allowed us to proceed at my pace.
