I was gifted a voucher for me skin and body so I booked a facial with Chanel. I was very nervous but Chanel was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. I had an amazing experience with my Thermage treatment. Jessica is incredibly skilled and professional, and her technique made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly and paid close attention throughout the session, which made me feel completely at ease. Jessica is also such a gentle and caring person. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and patiently answered all of my questions. Her warm and friendly personality made the experience even better. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming as well.

Really good experience. I went in for a full skin assessment and received personalised advice based on my skin.I usually go to the sauna after the gym, but the nurse mentioned I have early signs of melasma and suggested avoiding too much heat, as it can trigger pigmentation. I had no idea, so that was really helpful.Professional, friendly team and no pressure at all. I also like that they offer personalised skincare recommendations.Overall, very happy with the experience and would definitely come back.

I had the RF lifting treatment here. The therapist was professional and gentle. I know collagen regeneration takes time, but my skin already feels tighter and smoother. Very happy with the service and looking forward to the final results!
