The staff is incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure every detail was just right. I left feeling more confident than ever. Had a facial and extraction done today with Sophie and was nervous as I had never had one before, Sophie reassured me and explained what was happening during the facial and was happy to explain to me what products I should be using for my skin! My skin is glowing currently apart from the redness from the extractions I am very pleased with her service! ☺️

I had my first facial today with Sophie and WOW. I struggle to relax but I found myself drifting off a couple of times. The weighted blanket, the smells and the relaxing treatment were all amazing. Sophie has a great understanding of the skin and has given me some aftercare advice to help regain my skins healthy glow. I will be making this a regular treatment ☺️

Absolutely incredible! Very professional and spoke me through each step beforehand. The weighted blanket was a really lovely touch. All the products used smelt amazing and my skin feels beautiful. Spotless room! Cant fault anything! Its was great to finish the facial and not feel rushed to leave! My first facial in about 7 years and I’ll definitely make this a monthly treat for myself! I had the cancer care facial and it is a complete SOS for my face. I've been having them regularly whilst recieving and recovering from chemotherapy and it has been so moisturising for my incredibly dry skin. The experience is also very relaxing and a real treat during a period when life was otherwise tough. I would highly recommend for anyone undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. The products and techniques used are not only safe but very beneficial.
