The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Thank you Priti . I love my new eyesbrows . She knew exactly what colour I needed and only make my brows look natural and gave them a good shape . She was friendly and made me feel at ease as did all the staff . I will definitely be booking again .

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

Had my nails done and I’m really happy with the result. Priti was amazing, very professional and attentive to detail. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and took her time to get everything perfect. My nails look beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. :)

As always all the girls were very pleasant , helpful and attentive . Absolutely no worries at all . If only all staff in shops were like this . My treatments were lovely and I felt like I was walking on air when I left . Thank you x

A very positive experience! The salon was spotless and the staff made my mum and I feel so welcome. Both Priyanka and Priti were incredibly thorough, gentle, and gave the best leg massages. My polish looks flawless. I recommend.

Had a great visit. Natalie is lovely and really took the time to listen and ask questions, to understand what my expectation was. Lovely person and I can already see the difference the treatment has made to my face. Will definitely be going back, as she's made me confident to explore more options.
