This was my first facial, and I was in safe hands from start to finish. Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. The ambience was relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling smooth, soft, and glowing. She also recommended skincare suited to my skin and gave helpful advice on a skin concern. I couldn’t be happier with the results and service. I went in to correct brassy highlights from another salon and all the lovely ladies here managed to give me the perfect results. They also managed to accommodate me last minute as I had an event the following day. Highly recommend!
