Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

Sanchia explained the what to expect during the procedure and assessed my face carefully. She is very careful as my face is sensitive and offered advice on the aftercare.
