Alex was wonderful. He was very patient and clear. He gave me good advice, without trying to sell my on services or products. I instantly felt at ease, comfortable and trustworthy. I was also able to see the benefits to my skin after just one facial treatment. The receptionist was also very welcoming and polite. Nice mix of holistic, sports massage therapy and osteopathy. Left the session feeling freer. And I came away with homework to keep me going until next time. Great!

I run a few times a week and overdid it, straining my hamstring. After assessing Zena stretched and massaged and advised on exercises. It was robust treatment and she knows what she is doing. I definitely felt much better and looser at the end.
