I had my helix pierced today by Kay. She was really very nice and helpful choosing the jewellery and the right spot on my ear. Also very professional with the procedure and aftercare advice. It was quick, my ear didn't even bleed and after an hour or so I didn't even feel much pain or discomfort. I am very happy with my experience, thank you Kay. Eva

Kay was fabulous with my daughter.. we came in for her lobes to be pierced.. Kay made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, the piercing was done quickly and very professionally. Had a chemical peel done by Sharron. She was very honest about which products would give the best results even though this was cheaper than the original treatment booking. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some great affordable skincare tips. Will definitely return.

Brilliant experience. I was very nervous about fat dissolving injections but Sharron was really reassuring, explained everything and even had me laughing during the process. I can't rate the hygiene, care taken and Sharron herself highly enough.
