I visited Claire as I was experiencing pain in my shoulders, neck and back. An hour of a hot stone and deep tissue massage really helped and I feel so much better. I’ll definitely be returning as the other treatments look just as good for a really good price. Thank you, Claire!

I visited Ottoman Retreat Massage for the first time yesterday, it was such a fantastic experience! My therapist, Halil, was incredible. He knew exactly how to target the tight knots in my back, neck, and shoulders, applying the perfect amount of pressure. The entire experience was brilliant from start to finish. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and have already booked in with Halil again.

From the moment I walk through the door, I feel I’m in very capable hands. Halil is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable and respected. The treatments have had a noticeable impact on managing my pain and helping me move more freely. I really appreciate the time taken to explain what is being done and why, so I always know what to expect. The clinic is also a calm, friendly and reassuring place to visit, which adds to the overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Halil to anyone looking for a highly skilled and caring therapi
