But today l booked for my friends birthday just the 2 of us we had treatments they were Amazing we both loved the lady’s they were were fantastic at their job Had lunch open sandwiches Fantastic compliments to the chef Young waitress made us the best Exspresso Martini lovely afternoon Very sad no one called me regarding my last visit l am a local and have been using lakeside for family advents Xmas parties Ect since Terry 1st opened lakeside Would be appreciated to get a response back after all these years of supporting you ??

Pool was the perfect temperature to cool down in the summer heat. Enjoyed the hot tubs and great being able to get a cold drink and snacks whilst enjoying the sun loungers.

Lovely spa day. Greeted by friendly staff who were very welcoming. Full body massage was fabulous and the therapist was professional and very good at her job Swimming pool and other facilities in the spa were really good. Left feeling relaxed and revitalised. Very reasonable rates. You won't be disappointed 😃

We were greeted in an upbeat and friendly manner by the receptionist who checked us in and let us know what was available to us. We said we’d like to go and get some coffees but instead she took our order and brought them to us. The facilities were all clean and well-maintained, a good variety of relaxation and a lovely outdoor area too.

Jackie my masseuse was fabulous!!! Will definitely visit again. Only tricky part was that the children only had 30mins in the pool as the lady on phone didn’t make us aware that kids had to leave by 10 when I booked. But they were very kind and it was all dealt with. So overall a great experience and will return for sure

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities are great we had a lovely morning a fantastic massage and a tasty lunch . Only issue was the water therapy jets in the pool worked once and never again, which was a shame as they are really good at getting rid oh shoulder aches . Thank you to the staff for looking after us so well xx

Nice afternoon. Went with family as a birthday treat. Time went quickly, so not quite as relaxing as I'd hoped as we were trying all the various activities in the spa. Our two hour slot was soon over!
