Oh my god! I had a back facial and hot stones with Abbey and it was amazing. The most relaxed I’ve been in ages and the products she uses are 10/10. The ambience in the room was like being in a spa, I can’t wait to go back and have another x

Nicky has been fantastic with both Alex and Will. They’ve really enjoyed their sessions, and the advice on sport, movement and activating the right muscle groups has been invaluable for the whole family. I also had a lymphatic drainage treatment, which was excellent. Nicky is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes. Highly recommend Therapy & Life Centre, we’ll definitely be back!

Today was a holiday prep day for me and I had my usual Elim pedicure but this one was extra lush as I had the added hot stone leg massage. What can I say…. OMG what a luxury added extra. My legs felt amazing after it almost felt like a hot water bottle had been wrapped around my legs, and the smell of the essential oils…… simply Devine 😍 I can’t not wait for my next one Thank you Abs X xx
