I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Wonderful time. Lovely surroundings all very peaceful and relaxing. Best massage l have had in a long time. My friend and l treated ourselves to a facial and massage. Excellent Guinot facial and always a lovely atmosphere - never feel rushed here. Lynne also gives good advice on skincare, menopause etc. Heated bed icing on top! Be back soon to try the eye treatment.

Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. She also went over the amount of time I paid for as she could just feel I needed a little more time - true professional who clearly puts the customer first. Thank you so much!!!

I always enjoy visiting the salon, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. I also can’t recommend Victoria highly enough. She’s an exceptional intimate waxer who instantly puts you at ease, working quickly and effortlessly. I also know she’s stepping into a management role, and I have no doubt she’s going to be amazing!

Had an amazing waxing treatment today at tranquility. Beautiful and relaxing environment. Wonderful treatment from the owner her personalty was warm, relaxing and approachable. Her waxing skills, knowledge and products made the experience nearly painless and non traumatic. Definitely will be returning and would recommend.
