I had a problem with my leg and back and I was in agony. After a visit with Ruth I felt like a different person. She worked on the problem areas and also on the areas attached to the problem. Couldn't recommend her enough. Its not my first time with Ruth and she has done miracles in the past.

Anna is a truly talented massuse. I have been to many and her skill, intuition and thoroughness are the best I have found. She also has great knowledge of fermented cucumbers. I can’t recommend her enough. Also the room is always warm and well ordered.

Lovely relaxing clean spa with a welcoming reception area . Good changing rooms & lockers . Nice selection of refreshments . Many treatment rooms . I had the 50 min foot massage which included legs & stretching at the end. It was perfect & I felt very comfortable. Very relaxed after the treatment, I’ll be back! Open until 9 pm which is a huge bonus !

Excellent. I really enjoyed my traditional Thai massage with Ms Anna. She was very experienced about how far she could take my body into the various positions. I had the best nights sleep after the massage! There was a nice waiting area where I had a tasty bael tea afterwards. I will be back!

Caroline Metz is brilliant. The kinesology appointment was a total reset in ways I could not have imagined. A fascinating process and very healing. A brilliant experience in every way - the therapist (Time) was absolutely brilliant. I suffer from shoulder and lower back pain and in just 25 minutes, Time performed miracles. A real Thai experience, transporting you to Thailand (if only for a short time).
