As usual I had a great experience! I have had a lot a lot a lot of remedial massages but my massage today with Nova was the best one I’ve ever had! The perfect match of relaxation and deep tissue! As an RN my upper back is very tight so I will be coming here to see Nova monthly!!

The technician was great 😊 I am disappointed that my previous treatment wasn’t managed well. I wasn’t offered before treatment photos or even required to fill in any pre appointment paperwork …as this was my first treatment I was non the wiser. The beautician for my buccal massage was amazing. She was knowledgeable and explained the process and how it worked for my comfort. She was honest about the amount of pain I may experience so I knew what to expect. The overall experience was great and the small amount of pain was worth it.

The Japanese Hair Spa is simply a treat all should experience. Get the extra time for the scalp massage. It was phenomenal. Will be asking for this for every Xmas, birthday and Mother’s Day to come.
