I’ve known Margaret for a long time. First woman to wax my eyebrows when I was twelve years old when visiting her with my mum. I trust her implicitly with every treatment she offers and she is amazing at what she does. Margaret’s full body aromatherapy massage was just the relaxation I needed and I will try my best to make this a more regular treatment for myself. Safe, comfortable space and in very good hands. I was booked in with Claire today for lash lift and brow lamination and I'm delighted with the results. Claire is really excellent, she is professional and friendly but so down to earth and really warm and chatty.. As a Lux customer for 8 years I would always book in with Louise but it's great knowing that Claire is part of the Lux team and does a fantastic lash & brow appointment too! Exceptionally happy, as always, it's why I keep going back!

Absolutely top class . I had the aromatherapy massage and I can honestly say it was so relaxing and the effects lasted all afternoon . After going home I slept/dozed for next 3 hrs . :)
