Ms Makaluza was excellent. Her pressure used with the Swedish massage was gentle yet effective. She was very professional, warm and sweet natured. She demonstrated passion for her job. I will definitely visit regularly as I lwas excited to learn that the salon is open on a Sunday as well.

The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.

Thank you so much BK and team for a wonderful spoil. Just think they should allocate designated therapist to one person - as the time management and personal was very confused - witch made us confused - and two of us - only receive full body massage on the back.

I went back for a full body exfoliation and I was not at all disappointed. it was the most relaxing experience ever, Jenay worked her magic all over my body and I am still feeling the calmness she passed on to me through her hands she is truly gifted. It felt like a real hammam spa treatment and I fell asleep through my full body massage. I am recommending Khoena and Jenay to everyone I know this is one secret I don't mind sharing.

What an experience. This was my first visit to this hidden treasure. I booked a wax and a facial. Jenay was so gentle, the waxing was done efficiently and carefully she reassur me and asked me if I was okay which was very comforting. the facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I will definitely be back for more especially after Jenay informed me they have a salon upstairs. The pricing is also really good. This place is a hidden gem I had an amazing experience
