Codney and Imlethal are super good, they are friendly and loving so as their area manager🌸🌺 The booking system and prices needs to correspond, I was disappointed to be charged what is different from what i ordered without communication first & blame it on the booking system. If the prices increased that needs to be communicated before the order takes place. If you order something online with the price that is there what makes the price to increase when one has already ordered. It doesn’t make sense😡It gives wrong vibes. Also communicate that the salon sell complimentary drinks.

I come to BOA often and for the first time I was treated by Inthenal. She is brilliant at what she does , very efficient , tidy and makes sure you are completely satisfied before leaving the chair. Tyla (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) is exceptional! She genuinely cares about nails and nail care, and she is incredibly gentle and kind. I came in with an idea in mind (with tips) but left with a stunning set using my natural nails because she prioritized their health and maintenance. I appreciated that so much, and she truly deserves endless praise. Thank you, Tyla! I do think it would be great if your booking service included a feature allowing us to select our preferred technicians!
