The staff were fantastic, relationship building with clients (beyond just the service) is so important, I don't often have my nails done, but I will go back to Kime just for the great company and conversation, and of course the great service and great work. :-) Thank you ladies for not only being great at your jobs, but also for being such wonderful people!

I first visited the shop in April to inquire about services, and I was warmly welcomed by Mme Zanele, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since then, I've become a regular customer, thanks to her excellent service. I also want to express my gratitude to Tinotenda – she did not only provide amazing nail services but also took the time to listen and encourage me when I was feeling down during my first appointment. Both Mme Zanele and Tinotenda are true professionals. I highly recommend them and appreciate their kindness and expertise. Keep up the fantastic work!
