Great service and hospitality

My experience was good but could have been better. I explain: I’ve booked 1hour classic moroccan bath + 1h back massage + wavy blow dry. The Moroccan bath with Fatiha was really great she take good care of me!! But the amenities need maintenance !!! The floor in the shower was broken… then I had to wait about 30 min to be able to have my back massage, I’ve paid for an hour but it was only 30 minutes !! The massage therapist was great but for some reason they made it shorter and to me this is a ripoff. Then I had to wait an other 20 minutes for the hairstylist to make my hair. Not professional

Joy is a fantastic therapist, I have thick hair and got so many compliments the last time it was washed and blown by her. She also gives you a good hair wash where others sometimes miss the back and the middle of the back of your head she ensures your hair is squeaky clean before drying it. Thank you Joy!

Since one year , I Always have great services with such professional and kind staff and reciption❤️ Moroccan bath with Fateeha Eyelashes. With Marwa Facial and hair care with Cristina and Joy All Bodycare and manicure staff are fantastic Many thanks for all kind help ❤️
