I've been going to Ngi for the past 3 years, and she is hands down the best nail tech I've found in Auckland. Her attention to detail, consistency, and creativity are unmatched. She always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect, and my nails last so well every time. Whether it's a simple set or something more intricate, she always delivers. Highly recommend her if you're after top-quality nails and a professional, friendly experience!

I had a disappointing first visit as my ombré French nails didn’t turn out as expected. However, the salon went above and beyond to make things right and offered to rectify them. This time around, my nails are absolutely perfect — exactly what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier! I really appreciate the effort they put into ensuring I left satisfied. Love the new Naked Botanica products and experience. Chipo takes great care of me as always. My hands get quite a lot of wear and tear at the gym, they can also be quite inflamed and sore with eczema but she always makes them look polished and pretty. I really love the builder gel as it holds up for 4 weeks and I only get them redone because the nails get too long! This new product range and branding has made it way more affordable to treat my hands and helps me still feel put together with less maintenance.

Really good experience at the clinic. Came in for a cut and got what I wanted, my opinions were taken and she listened to what I wanted. The results I was really happy with I left feeling pretty confident and fresh. Very professional and friendly attitude as well. Five star.
