My daughter had her ears pierced last week, Veronika did a fantastic job! My daughter has SEN and was a little anxious but Veronika was brilliant at keeping her calm, her ears are healing beautifully & look great, we are delighted. Had a lovely pedicure and Indian head massage with Nicole. She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The pedicure has left my feet so soft and the massage melted away the tension in my upper back and head. Well definitely be going back.

For my first experience, she was kind and very professional made me feel comfortable having my spray tan

I hadn't had a massage for years but was feeling really tight across my shoulders & back. I was given the most amazing massage & feel really good now. Everything was explained and I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. The Chalet is a beautiful, welcoming place and Veronika and her Mum are lovely, friendly people. Would definitely recommend!!
