Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I recently had a patch test at Just Beauty Laser and Skin Clinic, and it went really well. I was very satisfied with the experience. At first, I was a bit nervous, but the staff were professional, reassuring, and took the time to answer all the questions I had, which really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for laser, skin, and beauty treatments, for both males and females. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service.

Amazing service, I would definitely recommend, I got treated like royalty. The place is so elegant and the service is unbelievable. I felt so relaxed and actually fell asleep. My skin looks amazing after one treatment.

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.
