I don't remember her name she was so nice and I love my haircut. Since I am a hijabi, she was kind enough to accommodate and cut my hair in a private secluded area. She was professional and I love what she did.

Dazzle is always amazing. I love the service and Anne, Jess and team embody great customer service. I train new telecom hires on how to build trust and great rapport with clients for a living. I should bring them down to Dazzle so they see what excellence looks like. Not only is the service great but they are seriously talented and have the most beautiful designs. The shop is always super clean, great music and interesting shows to watch while getting your nails done.

Natalia was so skilled in fixing my split nail and shaping my nails into an almond shape!! Receptionist was also super friendly and charged me $5 for nail repair instead of $10. Will def come back if I need my nails fixed again!

Anyone looking for a nail spa that treats you with the upmost respect as a customer and more importantly as an important person look no further! The staff here are amazing, super talented and extremely professional. I am truly never disappointed. Let’s face it, times are hard and when you spend your hard earned money on pampering yourself you want the experience to be worth it. I've been going to Salon Concepts since 2016. I used to see Maryam, who always gave me a perfect cut and style at an affordable price. Most recently, I booked an appointment for a trim before my exams. The owner of the salon did a perfect job! When I mentioned I would come back for some lowlights she told me I did not need to. She assured me I have been doing a great job. Her honesty means a lot to me. Grad students do not have disposable income. Having a salon with good prices, trust worthy and talented staff is a plus for everyone at York university. Highly recommend!
