It was really good. The person working on me had really gentle hands and checked that the water temperatures were ok. A thing that could be improved though is that I have wavy hair but when they dried it they straightened it, just to make sure to let those with curly and wavy hair just have their hair blow dried with a diffuser.

The service was so lovely with heaps of nice details like heat packs and a delicious tea at the end. The headspa was so relaxing! Great value. I also asked for extra blankets and to add a style on at the end which they were happy to accommodate. Would absolutely recommend this as a little lux escape.

Ying is an outstanding masseuse. Professional and has an unbelievable ability to dissolve knots that are in difficult locations (in my case underneath my shoulder blades).
