Always love my experiences at Gigibella! Antionette was such a star with my Poly gel set! She ensured my nails were perfectly manicured and she was super gentle with my hands. Often found myself drifting off to sleep.

My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.

The service was a clean 5 star but the consultation room for lashes is too hot and the sun comes in. Consider putting up blockout blinds and a mini aircon for both the client and consultants were uncomfortable due to excessive heat in the room. Excessive heat could also melt the glue which could result in lashes taking long to dry out.

A lovely new spot with the cutest décor and genuinely warm staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone greets you, and the personalised welcome sign at your station is such a sweet touch. My pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had, with incredible attention to detail and no rushing at all. My brow wax and tint were perfectly matched, and my gel manicure was beautifully done with lots of colours to choose from. Truly a 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be back.
