Great Russian manicure service, the staff is always friendly, I am always asked if I want something to drink when I come in. Jasmin is amazing, very professional and attentive. I’ve been coming here regularly and I am very happy with the quality of the manicure. They provide variety of service that I would definitely try in the future.

I have been seeing Lana or Mavilya for monthly gel manicures for the last 6 months. Yes scheduling is hard and pricing has increased but my manicure lasts at least 4 weeks (more if I let it grow out longer). My nails have never been stronger and I've kicked my horrible cuticle picking habit. My nails always look fantastic thanks to these very skilled ladies who do a meticulous job. Very happy client!

One of the best nail spots in Queens! Nail techs Nadya, Yulia, and Lily are absolutely amazing. Tools are always sterile, they work fast and do such a great job. I’m always in love with my nails every time. Definitely recommend!

Good experience. Jasmin did my nails and Nura did my pedicure. My heels feel like a baby’s bottom. This is the 3rd nail studio I’ve tried for Russian manicures and I think the 3rd time really is the charms I think this is my go to place now. Excited to try all the technicians but was very pleased with the technicians for my 1st appointment.

Overall a really lovely manicure. However the language barrier was really challenging. I couldn’t express myself and the technician wasn’t eager to try to understand my requests.

I cannot rave about this nail studio more! i come here every five weeks (no exceptions!) and get my manicure with Nura and my pedicure with Jasmin. They are incredible, as are all of the nail techs. I appreciate the ambiance, the service, and especially the quality of my nails even after 5 weeks. I sometimes come in with a vision and every time the result is far better than I ever could have expected. Fantastic studio, I will never leave!
