I came in to have my nails done and eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. I was very apprehensive about coming as it has been a few years since I have had any kind of beauty treatments done and I have found some places can be quite patronising towards people who do not regularly keep up with their beauty treatments, however that was not the case here. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel like I was welcome, everyone was so friendly and conversation flowed easily which made me feel a lot more relaxed. I was incredibly happy with my manicure and wax and will definitely be back in the future.

My appointment with Isobel was delightful. I was looked after beautifully, with professionalism and a lovely sense of humour. My Shellac manicure looks lovely and my eyelash tint means no more lumpy mascara for a few weeks! Nice coffee too! I thoroughly recommend Beauty by Helen.
