Had a brilliant session and a new loyal customer now. Rose is kind, warm and very skilled. I had a lymphatic drainage massage on my body and face plus the manicure. My nails look beautiful and I feel rested and much lighter. Thank you!

I had a gel polish pedicure and an e-file pedicure, and I’m very happy with the results. The service was professional, precise, and done with great attention to detail. My feet look and feel amazing, and the hybrid polish was applied perfectly. The whole treatment was comfortable, hygienic, and relaxing. I was impressed by the skill if the graduate stylist that did my hair. I am very happy with my hair, she did it exactly how I wanted, she was very courteous and sensed I wasn't much of a talker and didn't press my for conversation. I would visit again. I am disappointed that the tips don't go directly to the stylists

I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!
