I had my gel toes done by Ella today and had such a lovely experience. Ella is a junior therapist who is still in training, but she was fantastic. She was so attentive, took her time, and clearly cared about making sure everything was just right. As she’s still learning, she was given guidance throughout the appointment to ensure the finished result was perfect, which I thought was brilliant to see. Imogen was lovely. I wanted a Bob haircut but Imogen advised against it due to how thin it was at the front - I really appreciated her honesty. Imogen gave me a nice trim and framed the front bits for me and shared some styling tips. Will definitely go back once my hair has grown out a bit.

I couldn't recommend Alex enough! She is so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I was really nervous before my appointment, but she was so reassuring and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. Alex is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The results are amazing, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now. If you're feeling anxious about booking a wax, especially a Hollywood, Alex is definitely the person to go to.
