I had 2 x 25 min treatments with Emma & it was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Emma, she asked questions to tailor my treatment & I thoroughly enjoyed my head/facial massage. I will 100% be booking in again in the near future with Emma!

My experience was fantastic. Was booked in for a Swedish back neck and shoulder massage. Stacey was excellent. And took very good care with my shoulder pain. Also got help with skincare from Jocelyn & treated myself to a few skincare bits and received a voucher for a facial. Would 100% recommend the girls at park west and I'll be back very soon. Can't thank Stacey & Jocelyn enough x

Excellent experience, as always. Both my sister and I had our brows waxed and tinted. The beautician listened carefully to us ensuring that we got exactly the shape and colour wanted. Would highly recommend this salon. We’ve also have also had acrylic nails done. You are not left standing at reception for long before someone comes to attend. Lovely clean and bright surrounds too!

Great service. Popped in for quick file and polish but ended up upgrading to gel manicure as the choice of colours looked so nice. Looking forward to going back again

I was in 2 minds posting this as I dont want people taking appointments I can have 😂 An absolute gem of a place. I've had bother for 2 years with my shoulder after a bike accident. I had a deep tissue massage and honestly, I feel like a new penny. Also got a facial, gel nail polish and a magical 1 hour Thai foot massage. On top of all that every single therapist were so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I've found my go to salon. Thank you ladies. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and I'll see you in the new year.

I always receive great service at Get the Gloss. Had an issue with one nail where polish had not properly cured and I hadn't noticed before leaving but popped back in after shopping and they were happy to rectify. Next appointment already booked 😊
