Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). My quick visit in between the lockdown was good but less satisfactory than usual. Jenny was awesome with her eyelash extensions skill but the new girl who did my manicure was disappointing. I had to try removing my SNS at home due to work regulation, but I had some nails with SNS leftover as I didn’t have the tools to file them properly. The girl barely understood my English and she didn’t clean my nails properly. She rushed through the job and even cut my index finger while doing the cuticle. I can’t be bothered complaining because the salon was very busy, but now my nails don’t look good.

I’ve been going to NONA for over 10 years now, and honestly, it’s not just about the quality of her work—although her work is absolutely outstanding every single time. What truly makes her special is her beautiful personality, her consistently positive energy, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of her salon. Every visit feels comfortable, relaxing, and uplifting. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. I couldn’t recommend her more highly—after more than a decade, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails.

My mum loves coming here and now I know why!! Everyone was so friendly and my nails look amazing. I had extensions and sns done. I had an appointment to get to, and they made sure I was done within my time frame. My nails look amazing, the shape, sns application and colour are perfect. I've been to heaps of nail places and I'm pretty particular about my nails, and this is by far one of the best ones I have been too. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful pedicure, so relaxing & very happy with my manicure. Polite & friendly staff. I had to wait a bit, but before Christmas is probably the busiest time for them. Would definitely go back again & would book first.

Best experience to date

Kindest staff, so hygienic and really beautiful nails. Worth driving from Fitzroy any time. Really professional and such a huge range of choices. Best massage chairs that they keep putting on again and again during the service. Worth every penny. Obsessed. Thanks so much Ladies!!
