The glam factory is always a great place to get your hair cut with wonderful and friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I had my hair cut by Sarah today and she is always wonderful at doing such a brilliant job always feeling satisfied with my new style. Sarah is also really friendly and it's always nice having a chat. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning again in the future when I need my hair doing. Many thanks Sean

I had my makeup done by Melissa for my fiancé’s 40th birthday party and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I went for a soft glam look and she absolutely nailed it! Melissa really listened to what I wanted, and the finished look was flawless — I felt amazing and got so many lovely compliments throughout the night. She’s incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and professional, with tons of experience that really shows in her work. I’ll definitely be going back and can’t wait to try out some of her other services too. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely.time my hair and makeup was done perfect my daughters also enjoyed the experience and thr makeup.and hair was done perfect everyone wanted ro no who done it as sit was done so well tha k you so much will definitely be booking in again for lashes as my now husband hasn't even noticed ! That is how good they are he thinks it's mascara xx

It was my 1st hair cut in 3years so I was very nervous but Laura made me feel very comfortable and made me a nice coffee, she did a great job with the amount of long hair I had. I’m very please with it, definitely recommend.
