Karen is fantastic. My back was in such bad condition after having a baby and with one session of cupping and deep tissue massage I was back to normal. Lovely relaxing atmosphere too for treatments.

I had a great experience with Niamh this morning. The Indian head massage and reflexology really helped me relax and relive tension and I’m feeling great afterwards. Niamh is a lovely warm person too. The therapy room has a great ambience. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I had the new Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I always wanted to try one. Didn't disappoint. Definitely felt the benefits afterwards and in the moment it was just bliss. I drifted off to another planet. Erica is a wonderful therapist. The minute I arrive to the zzen den my blood pressure drops and my nervous systems calms. Highly recommend the lymphatic drainage and definitely rebooking.

Had the best massage at the Zzen Den. Such a lovley lady. Was made to feel so comfortable and loved the little extras with the hot towel to soak away the oils and the cucumber water at the end, so refreshing! I floated out the door. Thanks again Erica, I'll be back again soon

When i first went to Karen I had aches and pains in both shoulders, in my neck and lower back. After the first visit Karen had the cause pinpointed, and after two more treatments, I feel like a new woman. Would definitely recommend Karen and the Remedial Room. She is v.professional, but also puts you at your ease. I had a mix of massage, cupping and shock therapy.
