I attended my first visit to Heal yesterday evening and had a really great experience. I received a warm welcome by my therapist Lucia and was brought into the treatment room, where she took me through a detailed consultation prior to my treatment (Deep Tissue Sports Message). During the treatment Lucia talked me through each of the techniques being used and the positive impact they would have on the areas of focus. A really great experience with someone who struck a great balance of being personable as well as professional, I would recommend Heal and Lucia!!
