I was really anxious and at 64 I thought there was nothing that would help my aging skin and face. Mel put me at ease straight away and explained the treatment she recommended. I took the plunge and went ahead and I am so glad I did. The results after just a few weeks were amazing and I feel so much more confident in myself. Very relaxing Indian Head Massage. Jane is brilliant

I had a full body massage and Indian head massage. I was soo relaxed and felt amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

My experience at Footprints was amazing, I was made to feel really comfortable at all times. The pregnancy massage and reflexology that I had was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

My first experience with a Gua sha facial was incredible, and it certainly won't be my last! It was very relaxing, and I appreciated how Mel explained the benefits of each technique and product she used during the facial. I was amazed at how contoured and refreshed my face looked afterwards. The creams smelled wonderful, and I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep during the head massage.
