Rene is friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my mobility and posture and spoke with me in depth about my problem areas and what I can do between treatments to help with stiffness and sore muscles. She did cupping along with sports massage. I'm happy to have confirmed that I am very healthy 😊

Rene was really professional and very friendly. Rene asked me about any areas I wanted to work on and talked me through the process as she did the treatment. I had a massage with cupping. She also gave me stretches to do daily and reminded me of other good advice that would help like staying hydrated.

I was so impressed with Rene’s lymphatic drainage massage. I have swelling from an operation, so was advised that a MLD massage would really help. I felt totally relaxed during and after the treatment and I’m looking forward to seeing the benefits. Rene is thorough and was an absolute pleasure to chat to. Outstanding sports massage and theraoy

Rene was really good and gave me some good advice on my elbow and shoulder pain and a good massage.

I had the 90 minute MOT today and Rene was very thorough - consultation, massage, cupping, sonic massager and more massage!! She really worked my upper arms and calves which now feel soft and relaxed and not hard and knotted. I didn't mention it but she worked on my tight glutes/lower back which I hadn't noticed were too bad until she did the massage!! I feel so much better and view regular massages as essential maintenance. Thank you for an excellent treatment Rene x
