This was my first time doing the scalp spa, I wish I have done it sooner. I had such an amazing experience I didn't want it to end. It was so relaxing and soothing, the service and vibe was amazing. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

First time and absolutely loved every minute. All staff are very welcoming. Beautiful calming music while you relax. Angel has the most amazing fingers and her massage was amazing. Highly recommend a visit and you will not regret it. I am definitely going back. Thank you ladies ♥️

Overall the Scalpcial service was awesome. It was relaxing and it was so lovely to see the results straight away (they show you your scalp before and after). I would say though it is probably not worth booking the signature scalpcial. If I was to go again, I'd go with the focused scalpcial. The facial was nice but nothing special and there wasn't really a massage at all. So definitely worth it for the scalpcial treatment but save your $$ and go for the focused scalpical.

Angel was amazing delivering the scalpcial. She was friendly, professional and gave amazing scalp scrub and massage. However, our appointment started 10mins late and as we got there 15mins before our appt start time we felt pressed on time as we only had 2hrs free parking - so this could be an improvement area for the team. Hope the feedback helps!

Staff was absolutely amazing felt comfortable and relaxed the place was so clean and relaxing. The actual scalp massage /facial was so relaxing my skin and head felt so good can't wait for the next visit definitely coming again .

Joumana was amazing! She was gentle with my scalp and gave an amazing facial and scalp massage. My hair feels soft and thick and my skin feels amazing! I was so impressed that I booked a facial treatment for tomorrow! I highly recommend the signature scalp treatment and will be purchasing vouchers for family and friends. The owner Kat is also beautiful. She really cares about her clients and makes sure that you have the best experience. Book a scalp signature treatment and make sure it’s with Joumana- you won’t regret it!!
