I didn't know what to expect and was naturally a bit anxious but I had a truly amazing experience. I received a warm welcome and put at ease immediately. The compression was like a light but firm massage on my legs which I am sure will immensely benefits the blood flow in my little veins. It was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. The colonics was another level of body experience. Wow! As I have been health conscious for many years I was still astonished to see how much mucus was coming out. OMG! All this stuff had been sitting there for years. Imagine what it incubated... I am so grateful

Anna is fantastic! Explained everything clearly to me, didn’t rush me and made me feel very comfortable. I am feeling so much more energetic and good about myself after just my second session. The centre is clean and calming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place for a new lease on life and the feeling of a lighter less bloated body.

I booked the new client package that included Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Compression, Colon Hydrotherapy and Infrared Sauna. The experience was amazing! Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step. I would recommend Wellness @ Wilson to anyone who wants to look after their own body and be healthy.
