I had the most amazing sports massage today from Annalea, 💆‍♀️✨ I didn’t realise just how much tension I was holding until it all started to ease away. It was the perfect mix of firm and soothing – I could feel the knots being worked out but also felt so relaxed. The whole experience was so calming and I left feeling lighter, looser, and properly looked after. Definitely will be booking again!

I’ve had lots of massages before and wasn’t sure how a pregnancy massage would work especially being I. The 3rd trimester but it was so lovely and when I got home I went to sleep as I was so relaxed, I didn’t realise how much I needed it! Highly recommend.

I tried a sports massage with cupping with Annalea and it was amazing! The massage really worked out all the tight spots, and the cupping helped pull out some deep tension.
