I took advantage of a great discount and booked with Janette. I thought I had had lymphatic drainage massages before but they pale into insignificance when Janette gets her hands on you. Simply fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at Aura! We celebrated my grandmothers birthday with their birthday package in the private spa which came with balloons/cupcake/tea in the room! The staff were very accommodating and so lovely throughout! The massage was great and we were able to change it to our needs. We will be returning again!

I'm obsessed with Jeanette. She's a truly gifted therapist. I had a Swedish massage and she ironed out all the stubborn tension in my shoulders. I have also had two lymphatic drainage massages with her which is an AMAZING treatment -- so relaxing -- and it has done wonders for bloating and general appearance of my skin. There are no miracle treatm, but if you do all the things we're supposed to (good sleep, diets, hydration, exercise, and consistent skin care) then you get more out of it. Wild Beauty is really spoiling us now. My problem is how to juggle all these treatments :)

I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

I had been wanting to book in with Adeline after I had a taster session on Pause open day. I’m so happy I booked a lymphatic drainage massage- it was so relaxing. I felt really nurtured and would definitely book with Adeline again. Beautiful experience.

I had a very good massage — the therapist was skilled, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but the therapist truly tried to keep me warm, which I appreciated. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.

My facial with Cleo was such a special experience - it really exceeded my expectations of what a facial could be. The lymphatic drainage massage and cupping did wonders for my nervous system, and I left not only looking like I had a new face, but feeling really revitalised and restored.
