Lauren is very professional, thorough and friendly. She explained the pros and potential cons of botox injections and scheduled a check up two weeks after. Her salon is calm, clean and welcoming. I am extremely happy with my results and would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thank you!

Amelia was very professional and friendly too. She asked about my preferences and offered helpful advice. I am pleased with my French tips. Might be helpful to have a Notice signposting where to go for the appointment as no one appeared at the reception area where I waited.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I had an amazing experience with Kamila today whilst having a lip augmentation carried out. From the moment I booked the appointment I felt in good hands and fully prepared for the treatment, having pre-treatment forms and advice given I knew what to expect walking into the appointment. During I felt completely taken care of with focus on how I wanted my lips to look, and ensuring I felt comfortable with all the steps throughout. After the appointment I’ve had full communication with Kamila allowing me to check in and ask any questions. I’d recommend Kamila to anyone wanting work carried out.

Kamila puts you at ease the minute you step through the door, to the moment you leave. The first time I've ever had my brows done and I am really happy with the experience and results. Lots of advice given on aftercare and only a message away. Kamila is very professional but chats to you throughout. Very relaxing treatment area.

Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
