Ela is the most professional and efficient aesthetician I have ever met. From the moment I met her, she made me feel completely at ease. She was clear and precise throughout every step of the process, always ensuring that I felt comfortable, informed and happy. She's always so gentle and professional. You ask for a miracle and she makes it happen. She's super knowledgeable and experienced. I always love the result and she makes sure to give you enough aftercare products when you leave the clinic. Definitely worth it every time!

My experience with Ela was absolutely amazing. I was so nervous before coming into the appointment and she was amazing at putting me at ease, talking through the process and had booked more time than usually required to ensure I was getting the right treatment that would be suitable for my face. The actual treatment I ended up going home with was cheek augmentation. Ela was so kind, supportive and patient throughout despite me fainting 🫢😂 she is the best at what she does, my face looks so much more balanced and healthier 🤍
